Why can't I access telephone banking after March 21st, 2021?

Beginning on Sunday, March 21st at 5:00 PM, the new telephone banking number will be 800-455-6668. You will need to re-enroll using the last four digits of your social security number as your temporary PIN. Business accounts should use the last four digits of the social security number of the authorized signer on the account. You may re-use your previous PIN after entering your temporary PIN.

I need to order new checks, what information should I use?

As we officially integrate our Northwest Community Bank and Collinsville Bank, a Division of Northwest Community Bank systems the weekend of March 19th - March 21st you will need to modify/reconnect your QuickBooks account with your bank account. What will change after the Conversion Weekend March 19-21, 2021?

ONLINE BANKING - On March 22nd at noon, Online Banking and Bill Pay will resume. Your User ID and Password will remain the same. All of your current payees will be transitioned over to the new system. Your previously scheduled and recurring transfers and payments will process without interruption.

TELEPHONE BANKING - Beginning on Sunday, March 21st at 5:00 PM, the new telephone banking number will be 800-455-6668. CHECKS - You can continue to use your checks until they run out. If you decide to re-order your checks after March 22nd through another source, please provide them with Routing and Transit number #211174204.

STATEMENTS - During the month of March, you may receive two statements but will only be charged one monthly maintenance service fee, if applicable. All other fees will apply. Some statements may be delayed.

DEBIT CARDS - Your current debit card will continue to work during and after the Integration Weekend with the same PIN you use today.

CHECKING AND SAVING INTEREST - You may receive two interest payments for the month of March. The full month's interest on Kasasa accounts will not sweep to Saver accounts in March.

NEW ROUTING AND TRANSIT NUMBER - Direct deposit, recurring transfers and automatic deductions will continue as normal. When setting up a new transaction or wire transfer use routing and transit number #211174204.

How do I activate my card?

Activating your card can be done very easily at any of our ATMs. Simply use the four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), that you selected and use it to print a "balance inquiry" at any ATM displaying the corresponding symbols on your card. While at the ATM, you will also have the option to change the PIN. If you received a replacement card due to expiration or damage, your existing PIN will continue to work and activation will be the same as above.

Do I need to let Collinsville Bank - A Division of Northwest Community Bank know when I am traveling outside of Connecticut and will my ATM/Debit card continue to work?

Yes, please let us know when you plan to use your card when traveling outside of New England. We will then notify FraudWatch™ PLUS to ensure that your card activity does not trigger a card alert. This can be done by contacting your local Collinsville Bank - A Division of Northwest Community Bank office at 860-693-6936, or by logging into your I-Banking account (Click on Profile, and under "Electronic Services," click on "Notify CB of my travel plans.")
